Pumpkin Carrot Cake Donuts

We are MAJOR homemade donut fans! They are so easy to make, thanks to two of my favorite baking gifts EVER! For Father’s Day, Emily gifted me this set of two donut pans (they’re also included as part of my Father’s Day gift guide) and for my birthday my mom gifted me silicone piping bags with tips.

I love to bake with the girls and we’ve enjoyed testing out new donut recipes. We love our baked donuts to have a slightly crunchy exterior and a soft, cake-like interior. We recently tried out a two-ingredient donut recipe from The Baker Mama. Her two-ingredient donuts come together easily and the recipe can be modified to make so many flavor combinations. Since Fall is officially here, we tried out a pumpkin carrot cake donuts variation!

About me

Hi, my name is Tyler Moore. My wife and I live with our three young daughters in a 700- square-foot apartment in New York City. I began my tidying journey when an early-30’s crisis invited me to reflect upon, challenge, and change my patterns of daily living. I quit my job as a school administrator, returned to teaching, and started Tidy Dad to help others tidy, simplify, and find joy in their lives. I firmly believe the tidying process can transform your life. I’d love for you to join me in exploring ways that tidying can make room for what’s important in life.
