A Room for 3 Girls

Home is where you “live life”, not “store stuff”.

Today we said goodbye to one of the first purchases we made when we found out we were expecting our first daughter. We bought a little navy 2-seat sofa that pulls out into a twin bed. We read lots of bedtime stories on that sofa, shared lots of cuddle moments, and grandparents even spent the night on the pull-out bed.

Today we gave away the little navy sofa to another family, and set up our 3rd little girl’s crib in that space. One of the realities of small space living is that our space is an ever-evolving puzzle. As the girls grow and their needs change, our apartment must adapt and change with them.

Today we’re sharing the photos and source links of their bedroom’s current arrangement as a room for 3 girls! And if you want to look back, here’s the story of how we originally decided to switch bedrooms with the girls, giving them the largest bedroom in the apartment: “The Great Bedroom Flip” and here’s the details about how we set up their wardrobe system: “Bedroom Redo”.
