I thrive on having efficient routines for many aspects of my life. I’m the father of three young girls and work as a 7th grade teacher and am always looking for ways to tidy up and simplify my life. I appreciate that routines give my day structure and help to reduce my mental load!

These quiet moments at the start and end of my day are reinvigorating, not only for my face but also for my mental state. While caring for my face, I’m able to breathe deeply and slowly, collect my thoughts, and mindfully prepare for or reflect on my day. 

Here’s a look at my face care routine with Cremo products that I use in the morning and evening to care for my face!

My Daily Face Care Routine

Daily Face Wash

I splash my face in the morning with cold water, to give my face a little jolt of energy! Then I wash my face with warm water and Cremo Daily Face Wash. This face wash cleans my face without drying it out, and is gentle enough to use every day.

Exfoliating Face Scrub

I wash my face using the Cremo Exfoliating Face Scrub as a pre-shave treatment. This face scrub perfectly pairs with my Cremo shave cream and leaves my post-shave face feeling smooth and refreshed.

Face Moisturizer

I apply the Cremo Face Moisturizer after washing my face in the morning and evening. The face moisturizer has a cooling effect and helps my skin recover after washing or exfoliating.

One of my favorite aspects of my new face care routine are the days when I get to use my charcoal masks. I follow the directions on the back of the bottle and only use the masks one to two times per week. 

I feel so pampered in my charcoal masks! I love to apply them after a fresh shave, typically on Sunday evenings so that I’m ready to put my best face forward for the start of a new week. The Cremo Detoxifying Peel-Off Mask is by far the most fun face care product that I’ve ever owned. It goes on smoothly and then after 5 minutes is ready to peel off. When I  pulled off my first Charcoal mask I could feel the years of face care neglect lifting off my face!
