I’m sharing my lap swim essentials for men! I love to swim laps on weekends and during summertime visits to our Woodland Cottage in Pennsylvania. I love the rhythmical nature of swimming and how I’m able to work out my entire body. During swims, I’m alone and able to enjoy the quiet. After my swim workouts, I like to lap swim with our daughters and reinforce skills that they’ve been taught during their swim lessons.

I have written about how I got started with swimming and my feelings about body. As I’ve progressed in my lap swim skills, I purchased lap swim suits and other swim gear like swim caps and goggles that helped me increase my speed in the water.
